Are you a motivated, energetic educator who loves diving deep and helping students discover their love of learning? Are you passionate about your work with students, and love watching them learn and grow? Learning Lab is an educational services provider that has been offering after-school tutoring, test prep, and educational assessments to Middle Tennessee students since 1985. Additionally, we manage a small, fully accredited private school, Gateway Academy, which provides rigorous learning in a small setting that is more conducive to some learners. A majority of our students engage in one-on-one learning with a teacher, or group classes consisting of no more than five students per teacher. Our professional educators not only provide high-quality instruction, but they also serve as supportive mentors and goal setters for our students.
We value creative educators, and we believe in meeting students where they are and empowering them to grow! Our educators are granted a great deal of autonomy in their classrooms, and we encourage our educators to develop relationships with their students. We believe in self-advocacy, a growth mindset, and appropriate challenges. We have a wide range of students and a wide range of educators, and we’d love to add you to our team!
