Hour Place Restaurant is a family-owned local eatery with roots in traditional southern cooking. In August of 2007, Steven and Christina Boyd found a “restaurant for sale” ad in the Chattanooga Times Free Press. Within two months (and after secretly cracking open their kids’ piggy banks to pay for their first food order), Hour Place Restaurant was open for business under the Boyd family. Through the years, you may have seen the kids at the restaurant, and now you may see them working behind the counter.
